for those who dont know, when you kill a player or npc in alterac valley on offi you get "Stormpike Soldier's Blood" and some other things you can turn in to send wing commanders to help you with the battle. if you turn in enough Stormpike Soldier's Blood you can gather 10 people to summon Lokholar, not a common sight
